Parents forgot their son in the car because of a party. The boy died.

BSF has the sad duty of reporting a terrible case of child abuse followed by death in Arizona, United States. Five-year-old Theo Sabo died in Arizona, United States, after being forgotten and left locked inside a car for more than two and a half hours under the sun, with temperatures reaching 41°C (105.8°F), while his parents were organizing a party at their home in Peoria.

After more than two and a half hours, family members noticed that Theo was missing and found him unconscious inside the car.

They attempted to revive him using CPR and rushed him to a nearby hospital, where his death was ultimately confirmed.

The parents, Mihail Sabo (50) and Anca Sabo (45), face charges of homicide and child abuse. The couple has four other children, aged 18, 15, 14 and 9.

During the investigation, Mihail stated that he had asked his 14-year-old son to take Theo out of the car when they arrived home.

However, the teenager told police that he had not received such an instruction.

The prosecution emphasized that the child remained in the vehicle for more than two and a half hours without his parents knowing where he was.

Pasadas dos horas y media, los familiares notaron la ausencia de Theo y lo encontraron inconsciente en el auto.

Intentaron reanimarlo con maniobras de RCP y lo trasladaron de urgencia a un hospital cercano, donde finalmente confirmaron su muerte.

Los padres, Mihail Sabo (50) y Anca Sabo (45), enfrentan cargos por homicidio y abuso infantil. La pareja tiene otros cuatro hijos de 18, 15, 14 y 9 años.

Durante la investigación, Mihail declaró que le había pedido a su hijo de 14 años que sacara a Theo del auto al llegar a casa.

Sin embargo, el adolescente negó ante la policía haber recibido esa indicación.
