El fiscal Sergio Mola se opuso hoy al pedido de Jesica Cirio de que se anulen como prueba los videos en los que se la ve en un vestidor con bolsas llenas de dólares, imágenes que están incorporadas a la causa penal por enriquecimiento ilícito y lavado de dinero contra el exintendente de Lomas de Zamora Martín Insaurralde, expareja de Cirio.

The footage has been incorporated into the criminal case against Martín Insaurralde, the former mayor of Lomas de Zamora and Cirio’s former partner, on allegations of illicit enrichment and money laundering.

Ella argumentó que no era posible garantizar la autenticidad de las filmaciones, pero el fiscal sostuvo hoy que no hay elementos para excluirlas. Mola espera el resultado de un informe técnico de esas imágenes, que está realizando un laboratorio multimedia.

Prosecutor Sergio Mola today opposed Jesica Cirio’s request to have as evidence excluded videos showing her in a dressing room with bags filled with U.S. dollars. The footage has been incorporated into the criminal case against Martín Insaurralde, the former mayor of Lomas de Zamora and Cirio’s former partner, on allegations of illicit enrichment and money laundering.

Cirio argued that the authenticity of the recordings could not be guaranteed, but the prosecutor said today that there were no grounds for excluding them. Mola is awaiting the results of a technical analysis of the footage being carried out by a multimedia laboratory.

検察官セルヒオ・モラ氏は14日、ヘシカ・シリオ氏が、ドル紙幣の入った袋を持って更衣室にいる様子を映した動画を証拠から排除するよう求めた申し立てに反対した。これらの映像は、シリオ氏の元交際相手であるロマス・デ・サモラ元市長マルティン・インサウラルデ氏をめぐる不法蓄財および資金洗浄の刑事事件に証拠として提出されている。

シリオ氏は、映像の真正性を保証することはできないと主張した。一方、モラ検察官は14日、映像を証拠から排除する根拠はないとの見解を示した。モラ検察官は現在、マルチメディア研究所が実施している映像の技術鑑定結果を待っている。
