El millonario sindicalista Facundo Moyano fue detenido en el elegante barrio de Belgrano en Buenos Aires, a partir de un presunto episodio de violencia de género sobre su pareja, Candela Arizaga.

El fiscal Julián Pistone dispuso la detención de Moyano por lesiones y privación ilegítima de la libertad, según confirmaron fuentes de la fiscalía al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH. En principio, el hijo de Hugo Moyano, jefe del Sindicato de los Camioneros, está alojado en la comisaría 13 A a la espera de lo que disponga la fiscalía.

Wealthy union leader Facundo Moyano was arrested in the upscale Buenos Aires neighborhood of Belgrano following an alleged incident of gender-based violence against his partner, Candela Arizaga.

Prosecutor Julián Pistone ordered Moyano’s arrest on charges of causing bodily injury and unlawful restraint, sources from the prosecutor's office confirmed to the JMH International Consortium of Journalists. For the time being, the son of Hugo Moyano—head of the Truckers' Union—is being held at Police Station 13A, pending further instructions from the prosecutor's office.
