La Guardia Civil recuperó los cadáveres de nueve personas que intentaban ingresar a nado en Ceuta, según informaron fuentes oficiales al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH.

Ante el aumento de los cruces irregulares desde Marruecos, el Gobierno español decidió movilizar unidades del Ejército de Tierra para reforzar a la Guardia Civil, cuyos efectivos se encuentran desbordados por la llegada de miles de migrantes a través de la frontera marítima del Tarajal.

El presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, viajará este jueves a Ceuta acompañado por el ministro del Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, para evaluar la situación sobre el terreno.

Mientras tanto, el Gobierno italiano estudia suspender la aplicación del acuerdo de libre circulación Schengen con España debido a la crisis migratoria registrada en Ceuta, según indicaron fuentes de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros de Italia al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH.

La presión migratoria continúa en aumento. Más de 2.000 personas han llegado en los últimos días, a un ritmo cercano a 200 por jornada, mientras el Centro de Estancia Temporal de Inmigrantes (CETI) y los centros de menores permanecen completamente desbordados. Las autoridades han habilitado instalaciones alternativas y solicitaron la declaración de una emergencia nacional.

As irregular crossings from Morocco continue to rise, the Spanish government has ordered the deployment of Army units to reinforce Civil Guard personnel, who have been overwhelmed by the arrival of thousands of migrants crossing the Tarajal maritime border.

Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez is scheduled to travel to Ceuta on Thursday together with Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska to assess the situation on the ground.

モロッコからの不法越境が急増する中、スペイン政府は、タラハル海上国境を越えて到着する数千人の移民への対応で負担が限界に達している治安警備隊を支援するため、陸軍部隊の派遣を決定した。

ペドロ・サンチェス首相は、フェルナンド・グランデ＝マルラスカ内務大臣とともに31日にセウタを訪問し、現地の状況を視察する予定である。
