9.000 euros hasta la Puerta del Sol. Parece un eslogan turístico, pero es lo que, aparentemente, ofrecen hoy las mafias de trata de personas en Ceuta: sacarlos en lancha durante la noche y trasladarlos hasta Madrid por 9.000 euros.

Fuentes vinculadas a la Brigada de Extranjería de la Policía Nacional afirman haber detenido en los últimos días a cinco presuntos integrantes de dos grupos criminales que cobraban hasta 9.000 euros a personas en situación irregular que pretendían cruzar clandestinamente el estrecho de Gibraltar para llegar a las costas andaluzas, según informó este viernes el Ministerio del Interior.

En uno de los operativos, los agentes detuvieron a comienzos de esta semana a dos personas en Ceuta y a otras dos en La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz), todos ellos hombres y de nacionalidad española, según detallan fuentes policiales.

€9,000 to Puerta del Sol. It sounds like a tourism slogan, but this is apparently what human-trafficking networks are offering in Ceuta today: taking migrants out by boat at night and transporting them to Madrid for €9,000.

Sources linked to the National Police’s Foreigners’ Brigade say that five alleged members of two criminal groups have been arrested in recent days. According to Spain’s Interior Ministry, the groups allegedly charged up to €9,000 to people in an irregular immigration situation who sought to cross the Strait of Gibraltar clandestinely and reach the Andalusian coast.

In one of the operations, officers arrested two people in Ceuta and two others in La Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz, at the beginning of this week. According to police sources, all four were men and Spanish nationals.

国家警察の外国人関連部門に近い関係者によると、ここ数日、二つの犯罪グループに所属していたとみられる5人が逮捕された。スペイン内務省によれば、これらのグループは、不法な形でジブラルタル海峡を秘密裏に渡り、アンダルシア沿岸へ到達しようとする不法滞在状態の人々から、最高9,000ユーロを徴収していたとされる。

そのうちの一つの捜査では、今週初め、セウタで2人、カディス県ラ・リネア・デ・ラ・コンセプションでさらに2人が逮捕された。警察関係者によると、逮捕された4人はいずれも男性で、スペイン国籍だった。
